Shipping and Payments

Where do you ship from?

Aetheris Automotive operates multiple warehouses globally and ships orders from the closest warehouse to you that has stock of your order, optimizing delivery times and cost efficiency.


What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates are fixed cost from:

  • All orders ship via partner carriers selected based on your location at the below rates:

    • Flat Rate - Express: $49.99
    • Flat Rate - Standard
      • Orders $0.00–$59.99: $24.99
      • Orders $60.00–$159.99: $21.99
      • Orders $160.00 and up: $19.99

All shipments include insurance and require a signature on delivery.


How quickly will I receive my order?

  • In-stock items are processed within 3 business days.
  • Products marked out of stock cannot be purchased directly online. If you wish to backorder an out-of-stock item (e.g. made-to-order body kits), please contact us for lead times and payment arrangements.
  • Shipping times vary by destination. Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.

Do you offer Authority to Leave?

No. All deliveries require a signature upon delivery for security and insurance compliance.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship globally via our various partner carriers.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Google Pay

Are your prices inclusive of taxes?

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) or converted from USD to your local currency. Local taxes, and currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns and Warranty

Do you accept returns?

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for eligible items.
  • 15% return fee applies for refunds via original payment method.
  • Alternatively, you may choose store credit for 100% of the item’s value.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items that are special order, backordered, made-to-order, or marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return. Contact us for clarification before purchasing.


How do I return an item?

  1. Contact our team to request a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Ship the item with tracking and insurance to the address provided.
  3. Items must arrive in perfect, original condition.
  4. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and approving the returned item.

Do you offer warranties?

All products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, or competition use unless explicitly specified by the manufacturer. Please verify part compatibility and warranty conditions prior to installation.


Memberships and Subscriptions

How do memberships work?

  • Memberships are billed in advance and auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • No refunds are offered on memberships; your membership remains active until the end of the billing cycle even if cancelled.

How do I cancel my membership?

Log into your account and manage your membership under “Subscriptions” or by contacting us. Memberships can be cancelled at any time but will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

What if I receive a damaged item?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and item. We will arrange replacement, repair, or credit depending on the circumstances and carrier claim approval.
