Refund policy
Can I return my purchased item?
Not all items purchased from Aetheris Automotive are eligible for return. Items not held in stock at Aetheris and ordered in from suppliers cannot be returned. If you are unsure whether an item is in stock, please contact our team prior to ordering.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of delivery.
Items eligible for return will incur a 15% return fee if you choose a refund to your original payment method. Alternatively, you can opt for 100% store credit applied to your Aetheris customer account.
Products that have been opened, test fitted, installed, damaged, or are missing packaging or contents will not be accepted for return.
Shipping costs from your original purchase are non-refundable.
If the part supplied does not fit your vehicle or intended purpose as specified by Aetheris, we will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or exchange.
Please choose carefully before finalizing your purchase as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Not all orders can be cancelled.
Items not in stock at Aetheris and ordered in from suppliers cannot be cancelled once in transit.
Items that are made-to-order or specially procured for your order cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Please note: Our paid memberships are governed by separate terms and are non-refundable. Memberships can be cancelled at any time but will remain active until the end of the billing period.
TRANSACTIONAL COSTS
Due to fees charged by payment providers:
- Orders cancelled using Afterpay or Zip Money will incur a 6% processing fee.
- Orders cancelled using PayPal will incur a 2.5% processing fee.
Switching to another product within Aetheris will not attract a cancellation fee. Please note that cancellation fees apply in addition to any return fees.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Contact the Aetheris team via phone, email, or live chat to request a return. If your return is approved, you will be issued an RMA number. This number must be referenced in all communication regarding your return.
Once issued an RMA number, you are responsible for shipping the item back to Aetheris. Use a tracked and insured courier service. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage in transit. The item must be returned in perfect original condition, including its original packaging, for the return to be completed.
Affix your RMA number and the return address provided to your package clearly.
WHEN WILL THE REFUND BE APPLIED?
Once your item is received, Aetheris will process your return typically within 48 hours. You will be notified of the return approval status. If approved, your refund will then be processed via your selected refund method.
