Warehouse & Shipping Partners
All orders are shipped Monday to Friday. We partner with multiple freight & warehousing companies to ensure your orders are delivered efficiently, balancing delivery timeframes and cost. Shipping costs are set at a flat rate, displayed at checkout and shipped based on the warehouse closest to you that holds stock of your order. This system optimizes delivery speed and cost.
Shipping Options & Insurance
- All shipments include shipping insurance to cover loss or damage during transit.
- All deliveries require a signature upon delivery.
- Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery at the provided shipping address during business hours.
Delivery Instructions
- Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday during business hours.
- Please confirm your shipping details carefully, as shipments cannot generally be redirected once dispatched.
- If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions to collect your package from a local post office or depot. You will need to provide identification to collect the parcel.
- Failure to collect the parcel in a timely manner may result in the goods being returned to Aetheris and additional charges for reshipping.
Order Processing
- In-stock items will be processed within 3 business days after order confirmation.
- Products are either available to purchase or marked out of stock on our website.
- Items marked out of stock are not purchasable directly online. To purchase items on backorder, please contact our customer service team.
- Backordered or made-to-order products typically have extended lead times. Our team will provide estimated delivery dates upon request.
- Orders including backordered items will ship in full once all products are available unless you arrange split delivery with customer service.
- Your invoice and account dashboard will provide stock and shipping updates.
International Shipping
- All orders ship via partner carriers selected based on your location.
- Import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges levied by your country are your responsibility.
- Customs policies vary and shipments may be subject to inspection or delays.
- We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on import regulations and fees.
