Memberships and Subscriptions

Overview

Aetheris Automotive offers paid memberships providing access to exclusive benefits, including member only pricing, priority shipping, and additional features. By purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Membership Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Billing and Renewals

  • Memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual), and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by you prior to renewal.

  • You authorize Aetheris to charge your nominated payment method for all applicable membership fees, including renewals, until cancellation.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Memberships can be cancelled at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting Aetheris customer support.

  • Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • No refunds or partial credits are issued for unused membership periods.

Prohibited Use

Memberships are provided solely for personal use. They are not to be used for commercial gain, including but not limited to:

  • Purchasing products for resale,

  • Supplying or installing parts for customer vehicles in a commercial capacity, or

  • Sharing membership benefits outside your personal use.

Aetheris reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships used for commercial purposes without notice or refund.

Changes to Membership Terms

Aetheris reserves the right to modify membership inclusions, pricing, or terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or your account dashboard. Continued use of the membership after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

Non-Transferability

Memberships are personal to the registered user and cannot be assigned or transferred to any other individual or entity without prior written consent from Aetheris.
