KraftWerks Magnetic In-Line Oil Filter - Rotrex Supercharger Oil Circuit

The Rotrex head unit in a KraftWerks supercharger system runs on traction fluid rather than engine oil, on its own sealed circuit. Whatever ends up circulating in that loop stays in the loop, which is why this filter matters more than its size suggests.
The magnetic element traps ferrous debris before it reaches the traction drive. KraftWerks calls for the filter to be replaced every 50,000 miles, at the same point as the Rotrex SX150 traction fluid change.
If your Rotrex has covered high mileage on its original filter, replace the fluid at the same time. Fluid and filter are routine service items. A worn traction drive is not.
